Twixmas Breaks in Windermere

Happy Twixmas!

Twixmas is the time (betwixt) Christmas and New Year. That period of the festive break when you may have over indulged in sherry, reached the bottom of the selection box and had just about enough of noisy toys.

At The Hideaway we invite you to take a short break away from it all amidst the peace and quiet of Windermere and make the most of the opportunity to relax after the madness of Christmas. After all, there is only so much leftover turkey a person can appreciate!

If you’re nipping off to Scotland for Hogmanay, Windermere is also the perfect place to stop, relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery.
